May is a beautiful month here in Ohio -- and a busy one! Usually by the middle of May the soil has warmed up enough to transplant our greenhouse seedlings to the garden. We marvel at the potential each seedling holds! We will also plant more of our vinecrop seeds directly into the ground this month.
