Artistry of Lisa Craig	My name is Lisa Craig and I am a gourd artist. Let me tell you a little about how I was shown the "the way of the gourd".   Three years ago I attended my first gourd festival in Indiana. I knew basically what a gourd was, but had no idea of how many uses a gourd could have. I was so excited after the festival, that I decided to take a few home to try for myself. Well I was instantly hooked! Each gourd seems to know what it wants to be and it is such fun to create with them.
	In 1998, I had some of my pieces in an art gallery as well as being in two Gourd Fests. By then I was really "out of my gourd". I now grow my own gourds so that I can fully appreciate the wonder of a gourd from its very beginning to its very end.
